<p>I received an email from Alex and that my request for support on set will be granted when my system is up and running.  Thank you Alex.</p>
<p>Rainer also emailed me and said the same and that photos of my gear will be sent to me tomorrow.  Thank you Rainer I appreciate it.  I am starting to see a glimmer of hope.  </p>
