Dont use that arri Mount for the Brain of the Volt! It is to weak to hold the Brain & Monitor and will flex up and down when you do faster movements which will lead to vibrations in the Volt Motors use the CamJam Mount

Just go for B-Mount, put them on the rental list and you are good to go. Then there is no converting taking place in the battery module and your motors and camera can take all they need. Never ever had a problem with the B-Mount.

I have the full system to – I managed to run mine smoothly. Its not that simple plug and play and you have to be very focused when installing the pan axis. Main thing you have to do is turn on the power but dont turn on the head, then do a calibration of the pan axis and then calibrate the gyro. This helps to prevent any curios things at mine.…

@Felix Lang a little trick here, let the DoP(if you are cool with him) put the need of B-Mounts communicate to the production. Then they will do everything possible to get them. They really care about the DP‘s but not about us 😂

@Felix Lang I only get my Batterys through rentals. So I write them down on the camera list – never had a problem, sometimes I get Swit instead of Bebob but thats fine

I only fly B-Mounts, because of the performance – also for Film Cameras, the battery module cant handle the Amps at 48fps when the Camera rolls and you want to deliver 24V through 2x12V Vlocks. One Bebob B-Mount can handle a 435 Xtrem at 150fps without a ramp and has no power cut.

As far as i know you Need a heat gun to unlock the locktide. But first remove the gimbal from the post and dont forgett to also remove the clamping ring on top of the gimbal

Nice first Concept! Mostly I would cover the motors and the head, also on the backside of the „base“ because of the low mode situation. The camera itselfe I would not concentrate so much because thats the problem of the ACs and they should have a raincover for it. Also do a version where you dont have the RCP mounted or Pendulum.

The RCP will power the ERM with the Canbus cable, so will the Trinity. For power the RCP use the 2 PIN Lemo, this will power all things connected, your wheels, erm, and so on.

I would recomend you 1 Wheel and the Joystick, most young dop choose the joystick more for the roll, and the Wheel for the Tilt. So you can handle both worlds 🙂
