Does anybody that uses a Bebob Zoe 111 zoom controller have had issues with the zoom, zooming out when not touched? If so is there a video on how to reset the spring in the rocker on these controllers?

if I zoom in it works, but when I leave the rocker, it zooms out by itself. Can’t find a video on how to adjust the spring inside the rocker
